60 year old vines planted on the south of the appellation, below the famous « Py » hill, are at the origin of this wine open on notes of spices and fine minerality. It becomes more complex with aeration (stone fruit). The palate full bodied, dense and velvety, with a firm-structure that will allow it several years of ageing.
